Graeme, a passionate landscaper, founded the company upon his return to New Zealand after a stint in the UK. Eager to make a name for himself, Graeme embarked on a journey that would shape the landscape of his career.
The early years weren't always easy, as Graeme worked tirelessly to establish his reputation. However, his commitment to outstanding workmanship and attention to detail soon caught the attention of the community and others in the construction industry. Word of mouth spread, and Ferguson Landscapes quickly gained recognition for its exceptional quality and dedication to its trade.
As the years passed, Graeme expanded his team, nurturing a group of skilled employees who shared his values and commitment to excellence. The company's growth was not only in personnel but also in knowledge and experience, as Graeme continuously sought to enhance his skills and stay at the forefront of the industry.
In 2020, a new chapter began as Graeme's son, Andy, took the helm of Ferguson Landscapes with a fresh perspective and a deep commitment to upholding the legacy of excellence set by his father. After embarking on an extended OE in France and gaining valuable skills and insights from the French culture, Andy returned to New Zealand with a renewed passion for landscaping.
Beyond his professional achievements, Andy leads a rich and fulfilling life outside of work. His hobbies include touch rugby, stand-up paddling, hunting, and fishing.
Despite his busy schedule, Andy places the highest importance on spending quality time with his family, especially his two young children. As a dedicated father, he cherishes moments of family togetherness, nurturing a deep bond with his loved ones.
Additionally, he absolutely loves firing up the barbie for dinners with friends.
